Sometimes it's the small things in life. Sometimes we forget. In our modern world full of gadgets that keep us occupied, the basics are pushed to one side, left to rot - unimportant. It's rare to see children playing make believe anymore, rare to see them entertaining themselves or using their minds, when a phone or a tablet does it for them. Occasionally though you do see it, and when I do, it makes me smile. Creativity in the young should be encouraged, celebrated. Without it things looks bleak, we need great minds to colour our future.
So on this note I would like to say a big well done to two young children, who were drawing away last week all the way through their meal while I was at work. What they created was wonderful, and I promised them I would share it with you all. Rudy and Lottie, keep up the good work!
